About the role
Deployed, a modern software services startup, is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth in its IT services portfolio. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building C2C partnerships, and expanding staff‑augmentation opportunities across various online channels.
Key responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads via freelance platforms, LinkedIn, job portals, and other online sources.
- Identify and develop C2C and staff‑augmentation opportunities.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients, hiring managers, and decision‑makers.
- Write compelling proposals, technical cover letters, and client responses.
- Research target companies and maintain lead pipelines and reports.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT business development, lead generation, or sales.
- Hands‑on experience with freelance platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- Strong LinkedIn prospecting and outreach abilities.
- Excellent written communication and proposal‑writing skills.
- Good understanding of IT services, technologies, and client requirements.
