Business Development Executive

About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to identify and engage potential prospects, build relationships based on buying behavior, and help expand our client base.
Key responsibilities
- Identify potential prospects and develop relationships based on business buying behavior.
- Cold‑call prospects generated by external lead sources.
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to initiate the sales process.
- Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
- Meet targets set by management.
- Assist in content creation and proposal development for potential clients.
- Make outbound follow‑up calls to existing customers to cross‑sell and up‑sell.
Required profile
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
- Strong online searching abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably Marketing) from a recognized university.
- Comfortable working hours from 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
