IT Solutions Channel Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by developing channel partnerships and expanding sales of enterprise IT infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Drive sales of Data Centers, PAC, Liquid Cooling Systems, and UPS/Power Systems.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners, resellers, and system integrators.
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, government organizations, and enterprise customers.
• Manage existing accounts and uncover new business opportunities through partners.
• Prepare sales proposals, BOQs, and technical presentations.
• Monitor partner performance and ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Channel Sales or Enterprise IT/Infrastructure Sales.
• Strong knowledge of data center, power, and cooling solutions.
• Proven track record of closing high‑value deals and managing channel partners.
• Established network within corporate and enterprise sectors.
