Business Solutions Analyst – Powered Industrial Truck Reporting

About the role

Spreetail helps brands grow their ecommerce market share worldwide while lowering operational costs. It is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Business Solutions Analyst to analyze data, equipment reporting, invoice reconciliation and cost optimization across its fulfillment centers. The role maintains accurate visibility of Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment, monitors its status and usage, identifies cost-saving opportunities and partners with US-based fulfillment center leadership so equipment is tracked and used efficiently. This is a fully remote position.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reporting on PIT equipment across all fulfillment centers, keeping inventory counts, uptime and downtime status and usage trends accurate.
• Process and reconcile power equipment invoices, spot billing discrepancies and flag opportunities to cut costs.
• Act as the main source of PIT equipment data for the Direct Manager and FC leadership, sharing status changes, maintenance needs and potential issues.
• Build and maintain reporting trackers and dashboards covering equipment inventory, performance, usage and costs across multiple sites.
• As the program grows, expand oversight to other FC power equipment categories and improve tracking, accountability and cost management.

Required profile

• Strong Excel and reporting skills, with experience building trackers across multiple sites or a distributed network.
• Experience processing and reconciling invoices, investigating billing differences and finding cost savings.
• Working knowledge of PIT equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and order pickers, including models, basic maintenance and usage data.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work on a global offshore team and coordinate asynchronously with US-based fulfillment center leadership.
• A home office setup with a desktop or laptop, dual monitors, a headset, a webcam with at least 720p resolution and a stable wired internet connection of 10 Mbps or higher.
