Candidate Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

This is a fully remote, phone-based role supporting recruiters who coordinate candidates and schedule interviews. You will keep candidate information accurate, confirm interview details by phone and help recruiters prepare for each interview. The position is paid a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Review interview calendars and candidate lists, check open interview slots and prepare clear candidate lists with stage, notes and next action.
• Call candidates through a business phone system to confirm details, give reminders and clarify missing information.
• Book interview times that suit candidates and recruiters, confirm bookings and rearrange them when plans change.
• Update candidate entries after every call or task, record results and next actions, and mark wrong numbers, duplicates and withdrawals.
• Answer simple candidate questions with approved information and refer others to the recruiting team lead.
• Prepare short daily summaries of calls, bookings and missed interviews, and protect candidate privacy by sharing only what recruiters need.

Required profile

• Professional spoken and written English, as calls are mostly with candidates and teams in the United States.
• No recruiting experience required; related phone, customer service, scheduling or administrative experience is preferred.
• A calm, friendly phone voice and the ability to explain interview steps clearly.
• Willingness to learn an applicant tracking system, a business phone system and a scheduling tool.
• Care with names, dates and notes, and respect for candidate privacy.
