Car Sales Officer – Islamabad/Rawalpindi

About the role

As a Car Sales Officer you will be a key member of PakWheels.com’s sales team, driving vehicle sales for partner dealers and private sellers in the Islamabad/Rawalpindi region. You will combine market knowledge, strong communication, and sales expertise to grow the platform’s vehicle listings and transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage vehicle listings for assigned customers, including on‑site visits to upload and update car details.
• Coordinate with inspection teams to ensure timely vehicle certification.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email, providing accurate information to prospective buyers.
• Accompany prospective buyers to seller locations, using effective sales techniques to showcase and sell vehicles.
• Facilitate smooth transfer of vehicle ownership from sellers to buyers.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales activity reports in the specified format.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of automobiles, industry trends, and market standards.
• Persistent, self‑motivated, and target‑driven.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
