Career Coach & Resume Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Career Coach & Resume Specialist to help professionals enhance their career positioning and secure opportunities, especially in the UAE/GCC market. The role is fully remote and offers a chance to work with candidates across various industries and seniority levels.

Key responsibilities

• Write, rewrite, and optimize ATS‑friendly CVs/resumes for diverse sectors.
• Conduct one‑to‑one consultations to capture candidates' achievements, skills, and career goals.
• Optimize LinkedIn profiles, including headlines, summaries, experience sections, and keyword placement.
• Lead mock interviews and provide personalized feedback on communication, confidence, and presentation.
• Advise on effective job‑search strategies, target titles, industries, companies, and application channels for UAE/GCC opportunities.
• Guide candidates on networking, recruiter outreach, and follow‑up tactics.
• Tailor CVs and profiles to specific job descriptions and target roles.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in resume writing, career coaching, recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of modern recruitment and job‑search practices.
• Familiarity with the UAE/GCC job market is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Expertise in creating ATS‑friendly resumes and keyword optimization.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn profile optimization and personal branding.
• Ability to conduct professional mock interviews and career consultations.
