Client Specialist

About the role

Irtiqa Hassan Inc., a leading architecture and interior design firm in Pakistan, is seeking a proactive Client Specialist. You will act as the main liaison between clients, design teams, and management, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional client experiences throughout each project phase.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling day‑to‑day communications.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and manage client expectations.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and internal requests.
• Monitor project progress and maintain accurate records for assigned accounts.
• Work closely with design teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Maintain and organize company portfolios, catalogs, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate photography archives and client documentation.
• Collaborate with the CEO and marketing agency on campaign planning and execution.
• Assist in publishing daily social media content and organizing monthly photo shoots.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media and marketing operations is a plus.
