About the role
The Commercial Experience Executive joins the commercial experience team at JazzWorld's Experience Center in Peshawar. Reporting to the Commercial Experience Manager, you will welcome walk‑in customers, handle their queries and ensure a high‑quality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome, guide and manage walk‑ins from the floor greeting.
- Handle customer queries, resolve complaints and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain product upsell and drive initiatives to reduce average wait/service time.
- Achieve assigned monthly adherence, service and sales KPIs.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for issue resolution and stay updated on policies, promotions and products.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and sales expertise.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Office and email communication.
- Knowledge of telecom products and customer management systems.
