Content Marketer

About the role

The company is looking for a Content Marketer who understands what moves buyers, not just what reads well. Its buyers are startup founders across Europe and the US, and the content reaches them before the sales team, making their decision easier. This is a marketing role first: thinking about buyer journeys, funnel stages and the commercial purpose of each piece.

Key responsibilities

• LinkedIn content: posts for the founders' and sales team's profiles, each in its own voice
• Case studies: from interviews with engineers and clients to a design-ready draft, on your own
• Sales content: one-pagers, short client-facing documents and email templates for the sales team
• Employee branding: content showing the quality of the engineers and the culture to founders abroad
• Research to stories: turning market insights from the Growth Marketer into content

Required profile

• 1-2 years in content marketing, ideally in tech or IT services
• BBA Marketing degree
• Excellent English writing: clear, simple and human
• Ability to research and write credibly on tech topics such as AI, software and startups
• Understanding of funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU), ICP and the purpose of each piece of content
• Manages several pieces at once without daily direction

Preferred

• Experience writing for startup founders or technical decision-makers
• Portfolio with case studies and LinkedIn ghostwriting
