Creative Strategist (Social)

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Strategist who can blend AI‑assisted research with original storytelling to produce authentic, audience‑focused content for social media, especially LinkedIn. The role involves turning client objectives into compelling copy, visuals, and strategic briefs.

Key responsibilities

• Research audiences, competitors and trends to craft tailored creative ideas.
• Write hooks, captions, reel scripts, ad copy and calls‑to‑action that resonate with real audience needs.
• Develop professional LinkedIn posts, carousels and thought‑leadership content, adapting voice per account.
• Create visual concepts using AI tools and Canva, and collaborate with designers to produce polished assets.
• Prepare clear creative briefs covering audience, objective, message and visual references.
• Coordinate with clients, present ideas, gather feedback and manage approvals.
• Contribute to website and landing‑page messaging and visual direction (no development required).
• Review copy and visuals for accuracy, brand consistency and prepare complete content packs for the social media team.

Required profile

• Portfolio showing writing, creative ideas and visual thinking with clear personal contribution.
• Strong storytelling instincts and ability to justify ideas for target audiences.
• Experience creating content for business or client social media accounts, especially LinkedIn.
• Confidence using AI for research, ideation, writing refinement and visual creation.
• Ability to identify and improve generic AI output, verify facts and avoid fabricated claims.
• Clear communication with clients and graphic designers.
• Ownership of deadlines, feedback and multiple project briefs.
