About the role

ibex. Pakistan is seeking a Customer Success Specialist for its Voice Program within the Operations department. You will handle U.S.-based client customers via phone, delivering accurate resolutions and exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

Assist customers with queries and concerns, following defined processes.
Provide alternative product options when items are unavailable on the e‑commerce site.
Stay updated on system information, process changes, and future updates.

Required profile

Minimum O Levels/Matric education.
Excellent written and verbal English with a neutral or American accent.
At least 18 years old with a valid CNIC.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
