Customer Success Specialist (Night Shift)

About the role

A Customer Success Associate is being hired for an onsite position in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi, working a night shift covering US time zones (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM) and Australian time zones (3:00 AM to 12:00 PM). The role suits people who enjoy client communication, relationship management and service excellence, working with international clients in a professional, growth-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Customer Success team in day-to-day communication with clients
• Understand client requirements and help deliver timely solutions
• Coordinate with Engineering, Support and Operations teams to resolve client concerns
• Help track and report client satisfaction, engagement and retention metrics
• Take part in client onboarding and training sessions
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and document client feedback
• Apply best practices for customer relationship management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Up to 1 year of experience in a client-facing, customer support or service role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work night shifts

Required skills

• Basic familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar is a plus
