Deputy Chief Officer – Human Resources

About the role

The Deputy Chief Officer (HR) will lead human‑resource functions within a leading Exploration & Production (E&P) company, operating through Human Resource Solutions International. This three‑year contract position supports both HR and engineering teams to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Perform duties specific to the assigned discipline (HR or engineering).
• Support day‑to‑day operational and administrative activities of the E&P business.
• Contribute to technical and organisational efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and quality requirements.

• Relevant qualification and experience for the chosen track (HR or engineering).
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude for engineering roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for HR responsibilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a professional environment.
