Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

The Enterprise Account Manager will drive sales of enterprise IT hardware and solution services, targeting corporate clients in the B2B marketplace. The role focuses on solution‑based selling of data‑centre infrastructure, cloud managed services, business intelligence and machine‑learning offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients and building relationships with decision‑makers.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, prioritising opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations, articulating the value of hardware and software solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts, and close deals to secure purchase orders.
• Provide ongoing customer service, resolve inquiries promptly, and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Collaborate with technical, pre‑sales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise IT sales with a proven track record.
• Graduate degree; relevant certifications (e.g., HCSA, DCP, CCS‑ES) are preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of data‑centre, cloud infrastructure and related standards.

Required skills

• Experience with enterprise IT solutions from HP, Dell, Huawei, Cisco and VMware.
• Knowledge of data‑centre and cloud infrastructure standards such as ITIL, TOGAF, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI DSS, ISO/IEC 20000, IEEE standards and RFCs.
