Executive Sales Officer (ESO)

About the role

Prime BPO is looking for experienced Executive Sales Officers to join its high‑performing sales team in Rawalpindi. This full‑time, night‑shift position focuses on closing inbound and outbound leads and offers a strong guaranteed salary plus uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Effectively close inbound and outbound sales leads and cross‑sell multiple products.
• Deliver persuasive, compliant sales presentations and handle objections confidently.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Coordinate with verification and QA teams and be available for overtime when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of closing experience (final expense).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong objection handling, negotiation and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working night shifts.
