Executive Solutions & Project Management

About the role

The Executive Solutions & Project Management role is responsible for driving end‑to‑end solution design, pre‑sales engineering, and project delivery for enterprise telecom engagements. You will work closely with sales, product, and network teams to ensure technically sound and commercially viable proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead feasibility assessments and design solutions for DIA, DPLC/IPLC, SIP Trunking, PRI, VPBX, CBS, BVM, SD‑WAN, MPLS, and IoT projects.
• Prepare technical BOQs, solution documents, and network diagrams to support sales pursuits.
• Identify and resolve RF/network coverage gaps, managing deployment of COWs, micro‑sites, and repeaters.
• Conduct technical training for corporate sales and support bulk SMS campaign planning and execution.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end project execution with vendors, product teams, corporate sales, and internal support functions.
• Monitor network performance KPIs for corporate clients, escalating and managing outages and service degradations.
