Executive Store (SAP & Inventory Management)

About the role

The Executive Store will oversee store operations at Aisha Steel Mill Limited, focusing on SAP‑related activities and inventory control. The role ensures accurate daily inventory records and smooth coordination with Engineering, Finance and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all SAP store tasks: Material Code Opening, Purchase Order management, Rejection Records, Goods Receipt Notes.
• Maintain daily inventory records and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Manage SAP MM schedules and data to guarantee timely material flow.
• Validate Purchase Requisitions with Engineering and generate Purchase Orders in SAP.
• Identify and resolve supply‑chain bottlenecks by analysing and improving SAP processes.
• Cross‑verify legacy system data with Store and Finance records for 100% accuracy.
• Collaborate with Finance (FICO) and other departments to address discrepancies.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure optimal terms and maintain strong relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum four years of relevant experience for Bachelor’s holders or two years for Master’s holders.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple procurement and inventory tasks simultaneously.
