About the role

The Finance Supervisor at Aice ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial activities, preparing statements, maintaining compliance, and supporting operational effectiveness in the fast‑food sector.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in line with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal control procedures relevant to the fast‑food industry.
• Monitor and maintain internal controls that safeguard company assets and improve financial accuracy.
• Generate detailed financial and management reports to support strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure data accuracy and timely report completion.
• Review and analyse financial data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in internal and external audits, providing required documentation and explanations.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with relevant financial analysis.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic and individual accountability with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive in identifying financial risks and implementing necessary controls.
• Ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines.
• Experience in the fast‑food industry is preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of accounting standards such as ICAP, ICMAP and ACCA.
• Expertise in preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Understanding of internal control procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with audit processes and documentation.
