Financial Accuracy & Tax Logic Expert (Remote)

About the role

At TELUS Digital we are training AI to handle the world’s most sensitive data: finances. As a Financial Accuracy Specialist you will ensure AI models understand the rules of money by reviewing AI‑generated financial statements, tax advice and expense reports, making sure they are mathematically perfect and comply with local accounting laws.

Key responsibilities

• Statement Auditing – review AI‑generated balance sheets and profit & loss statements for mathematical accuracy.
• Tax Logic Verification – confirm AI applies correct tax rates and rules for the relevant country.
• Expense Categorization – train AI to correctly tag expenses such as travel versus capital assets.
• Fraud Detection Training – help AI recognise patterns that may indicate double‑billing or suspicious activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Native‑level proficiency in your primary language.
• Intermediate (B1) English proficiency.
• Precision mindset – enjoyment of perfectly balanced spreadsheets.
• Willingness to complete a subject‑specific qualification exam and ID verification.
