First Officer - A320 Pilot (Fixed-Term Contract)

About the role

Fly Jinnah, described as Pakistan's newest airline, is recruiting A320 type-rated pilots for a 15-month fixed-term contract, renewable on mutual agreement. The contract lasts about 3 months of initial training followed by 12 months of flying duties and is open only to eligible foreign nationals.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Pilot Flying or Pilot Monitoring, assisting the Captain with flight progress and system efficiency.
• Conduct flights according to the airline's Operations Manual and regulations.
• Coordinate with the Captain and Dispatch Team before each flight (technical status, route, weather, fuel, weight, roles).
• Complete checks, records and documentation such as take-off data, fuel requirements and ATS flight plans.
• Supervise fuelling at stations without qualified personnel and alert the Captain to safety issues.
• Perform ground-based Safety Officer or Security Officer duties as directed.

Required profile

• Minimum 700 hours of flying experience; Airbus A320 experience preferred.
• Low-cost airline experience highly desirable.
• Knowledge of aircraft systems and operating procedures.
• Ability to handle delegated security or safety roles and exposure to QA, safety, security and audit procedures.

What we offer

• Training pay of AED 12,853 per month (net) until final line check, plus per diem.
• After training, AED 20,199 per month (net) up to 60 block hours, plus per diem.
• AED 275 per block hour above 60 hours.
• Per diem of AED 184 per day for food and miscellaneous expenses.
