Global Talent Sourcer – Remote (Pakistan)

About the role

Volga Partners is looking for a Global Talent Sourcer based in Pakistan to support U.S. and international hiring needs. This full‑time contract position involves identifying, engaging, and screening top talent across technical and non‑technical functions for a variety of fast‑growing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage candidates for U.S. and global roles.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Prepare comprehensive candidate packages, including screening notes and recommendations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for multiple markets.
• Utilize sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and referrals.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies.
• Stay updated on regional hiring trends and market challenges.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on talent sourcing experience, preferably with global and U.S. hiring.
• Ability to adapt sourcing strategies across different markets.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Current residence in Pakistan and willingness to work U.S. business hours.
