Government Contracts / Proposal Lead (U.S. Federal & SLED)

About the role

PureLogics seeks an experienced Government Contracts and Proposal Lead to drive capture and proposal activities for U.S. Federal and State, Local, Education, and Healthcare (SLED) opportunities. The role will shape proactive strategies, mentor the team, and enhance the BidOps function.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and capture U.S. Federal and SLED government opportunities, developing pre‑RFP capture strategies.
• Manage the full proposal lifecycle including RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, Sources Sought, and government proposals.
• Develop compliance matrices, schedules, win themes, differentiators, and coordinate technical, management, pricing, and past‑performance inputs.
• Conduct competitive analysis, support bid/no‑bid decisions, and build relationships with agencies, prime contractors, and teaming partners.
• Mentor the existing team, introduce best practices, and strengthen PureLogics’ government contracting processes.

Required profile

• 8–15+ years of professional experience with 4–6+ years directly in U.S. Federal and/or SLED contracting.
• Proven involvement in multiple awarded government contracts and strong capture/proposal management track record.
• BS/CS or equivalent qualification and excellent communication, analytical, and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of SAM.gov, FAR, GSA/MAS, IDIQs, BPAs, teaming and subcontracting processes.
• Experience in technology sectors such as software development, IT services, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, and digital transformation.
