Head of Food Solutions

About the role

The Head of Food Solutions will lead Shan Foods' Food Solutions business and field sales team across Pakistan, driving growth, revenue, volume and profitability. This senior position focuses on building strategic partnerships, expanding into new channels and strengthening distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to meet revenue, volume and profitability targets.
• Build strategic customer partnerships and lead negotiations with key accounts.
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in meat, poultry and snacks sectors.
• Drive new customer acquisition, channel development and portfolio expansion.
• Manage distribution and route‑to‑market strategies to improve market coverage.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts, trade spend and profitability, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team through performance management and succession planning.

Required profile

• MBA in Sales or Marketing.
• 6–8 years of experience in solution‑based or consultative sales.
• Strong business orientation with focus on growth and profitability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset with ability to build strategic partnerships.
