Head of Marketing

About the role

Phi builds and operates revenue systems for B2B companies, running GTM pods, RevOps, automation and customer success. The Head of Marketing builds the inbound demand engine that brings buyers to the company before an SDR touches them, and keeps the brand voice and visual system consistent across all platforms. The role is on-site at the secured campus in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad, starting October 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing-sourced pipeline: qualified meetings generated without outbound contact first, with a target of 15 in month one and 25 a month thereafter.
• Own inbound: the website, content system and channels that turn strangers into booked calls, aiming for 5+ SQLs per month.
• Own proof: draft three case studies in quarter one and publish them in quarter two.
• Keep brand and language coherent across every platform, with one voice, one visual system and one set of terms.
• Keep cost per qualified meeting under $350 and deliver one pillar content asset per week.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience, with a track record of hitting pipeline or meetings numbers in US B2B.
• A builder mindset: writing, shipping and measuring for the first two quarters, then leading the team.
• Comfortable being measured on cost per meeting and inbound SQLs from week one.
