Head of Marketplace

About the role

Edge is a fully managed remote workforce platform serving high‑compliance industries such as healthcare, dental, insurance, and accounting. As Head of Marketplace you will own the talent supply engine, ensuring the right professionals are available before client demand materialises.

Key responsibilities

• Define and operationalise Talent Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for each role category.
• Analyse data from placed professionals to identify success predictors and refine sourcing strategies.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to forecast talent demand and maintain rolling supply plans with built‑in contingency.
• Own sourcing channel strategy, drive high‑volume pipelines, and optimise funnel metrics (applications, qualified candidates, time‑to‑match).
• Lead, coach and hold accountable the Talent Marketplace and sourcing team against performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning or related sourcing leadership.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable sourcing strategies.
• Strong collaboration skills with sales, marketing and account teams.
• High ownership, accountability and ability to influence revenue delivery.
