About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Honey Filtration Plant Operator to join our production team in Karachi. The role involves operating the honey filtration line, ensuring product quality, and maintaining compliance with food safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the honey filtration plant and associated equipment.
- Filter honey in accordance with production targets and quality specifications.
- Maintain proper temperature, pressure, and flow parameters during filtration.
- Inspect honey quality, report any deviations, and document batch records.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety standards.
