HR Business Partner – Sales (Field Role)

About the role

The HR Business Partner – Sales will support Qarshi Industries' regional sales teams, linking HR processes with the practical needs of a fast‑moving FMCG sales force. This field‑oriented position requires extensive travel to build relationships with on‑ground employees.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor performance management systems, aligning employee KPIs with sales targets.
• Develop and oversee Performance Improvement Plans and employee development initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters for distributed sales staff.
• Identify training needs, coordinate with L&D to deliver capability‑building programs.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities such as records, confirmations, transfers, and separations.
• Conduct regular regional and field visits, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare HR reports on headcount, attrition, recruitment status, and other workforce metrics.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner supporting sales in the FMCG sector.
• MBA or BBA in Human Resources; SHRM or CIPD certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 60–70% of the time across regions.
• Strong understanding of FMCG sales operations and field dynamics.
