HR Executive – Talent Acquisition (Oil & Gas)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive specialized in Talent Acquisition to support our Oil & Gas operations. The role is based at our Descon Engineering Limited campus on Ferozepur Road, Lahore, and requires a proactive recruiter with a strong background in the sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and non‑technical positions within the Oil & Gas division.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, conduct interviews, and negotiate offers.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
• Provide regular recruitment metrics and insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR or talent acquisition, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high‑volume hiring in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Urdu is an advantage.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS platforms such as Taleo or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
