HR & Operations Executive

About the role

DrivenStack, a fast‑growing automation and CRM consultancy, is hiring its first dedicated HR professional. As the HR & Operations Executive you will be the central point for people‑related processes, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, and day‑to‑day office rhythm while supporting the founders with data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews and maintain the talent pipeline.
• Design and deliver onboarding and induction programs for new joiners.
• Oversee attendance, leave management and daily employee records.
• Run performance review cycles, document outcomes and provide feedback.
• Handle employee queries and grievances, resolving issues at your level whenever possible.
• Prepare monthly people reports used by leadership for strategic decisions.
• Establish and maintain the general rhythm and structure of the on‑site office environment.

Required profile

• Proven HR experience, preferably in a services, agency or tech setting.
• Excellent written and spoken English for drafting announcements, policies and reports.
• Comfort with data – building trackers, pulling numbers and presenting them clearly.
• Sound judgment on what to solve independently versus what to escalate.
• Ability to hold a room and be approachable without becoming everyone’s best friend.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
