Human Resource Manager

About the role

Techloset is looking for a Human Resource Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Faisalabad, Pakistan. The manager oversees the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement for engineering and support teams, and implements HR policies while keeping employee records and labour law compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement for engineering and support teams
• Implement HR policies, maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws
• Manage employee relations and coordinate hiring processes
• Support professional development and administer compensation and benefits
• Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organisational culture
• Manage social media content covering recruitment, employer branding, company culture and organisational updates

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Previous experience in an HR Manager or senior HR role, preferably in the technology or services industry
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, interviewing and candidate evaluation
• Experience in performance management, employee engagement and conflict resolution

Required skills

• Knowledge of HR operations, employee documentation, policies and labour law compliance
• Ability to plan and manage social media content, including content calendars and recruitment posts
• Proficiency in HR systems, social media platforms and productivity tools
• Strong writing, communication and coordination skills, with good organisation and time management
