Human Resources Executive

About the role

The Human Resources Executive will partner with the Business Team to align HR strategies with business objectives at easypaisa digital bank. This role supports the Lead HR Business Partner in translating unit plans into actionable HR initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partner for Engineering, Channels & Corporate Business, Digital Lending & BI, and branchless banking.
• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations, including intern and employee onboarding, documentation, interview coordination, and recruitment tracking.
• Develop and implement people strategies, talent management plans, and high‑performance culture initiatives.
• Conduct town halls, HR sessions, and annual engagement surveys, driving action planning and follow‑up.
• Provide strategic and tactical workforce planning aligned with business plans.
• Advise line managers on people management, compliance investigations, and performance matters.
• Coordinate execution of HR policies, programs, and cultural value initiatives across the division.

Required profile

• Proven experience partnering with business units to deliver HR solutions.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and performance management.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in workforce planning, talent pipelines, and succession planning.
