About the role
Amreli Steels, a leading steel manufacturer in Pakistan, is looking for a proactive Human Resources Officer to support its growing workforce across offices and plant locations. The role focuses on talent acquisition, employer branding, and organizational development to sustain business continuity and enhance employee engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all ASL locations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer placement.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and accelerate hiring cycles.
- Develop talent pools for critical, technical and hard‑to‑fill positions and maintain strong candidate pipelines using digital platforms and agencies.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, dashboards and reports, providing regular hiring insights to management.
- Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction initiatives across digital and professional networks.
- Support organizational development initiatives, coordinate diagnostics, and facilitate employee engagement activities.
