IELTS Operations Manager

About the role

IDP is the global leader in international education services, operating in more than 50 countries. The IELTS Operations Manager manages all IELTS testing conducted by IDP IELTS Test Centres (Associate Centres and IDP Direct Testing Units) in Pakistan. The role also covers expanding the test centre network across the country while keeping operations compliant with IELTS quality systems, commercially viable and delivered with excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all IELTS testing across Pakistan's test centres and expand the test centre network
• Ensure compliance with IELTS quality system requirements
• Deliver operations that are commercially viable and meet customer service standards
• Handle business assurance and compliance, commercial matters, operations management, customer service and project management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration
• 5 years' or equivalent experience in IELTS administration
• Interest in or experience of international education and/or testing services
• Fluent in English
• Experience in project management and stakeholder relationship management
• Desirable: event management experience, experience in a highly regulated environment, familiarity with the international education and language testing sector, formal project management qualification
