Information Technology Technical Recruiter

About the role

The Technical Recruiter will own full‑lifecycle global recruitment for technical talent across End‑User Computing, Data Centers, Networking, and Wi‑Fi Surveys. You will work closely with leadership and delivery teams to adapt sourcing strategies to regional demands and ensure high‑quality candidate submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from requisition through onboarding for global technical engagements.
• Partner with senior management and project managers to align hiring priorities with project pipelines and mobilization timelines.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for niche technical roles and continuously optimise the hiring workflow for speed and candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a structured global engineer database (Network Engineers, Desktop Support, L1/L2 Technical Support) for rapid deployment.
• Deliver regular progress reports and recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, pipeline status) to executive leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; fresh graduates with strong interest in IT recruitment are welcome.
• Basic understanding of IT recruitment, technical hiring, and candidate sourcing through LinkedIn or other platforms.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and data‑tracking tools such as Excel or Odoo is a plus.
• Strong cross‑functional communication and stakeholder‑management skills across multiple time zones.
