About the role

Bright Solutions is seeking motivated Sales and Lead Generation professionals to join its Insurance Campaign. The position involves outbound calling, generating qualified leads, and selling insurance products to prospective customers during night‑shift hours.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to promote insurance offerings.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle objections effectively.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (insurance experience is a plus).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and customer‑handling abilities.
• Positive, goal‑oriented attitude with a focus on long‑term career growth.
