International Recruiter - Blue-Collar Candidates for Canada

About the role

Tech Bridge Consultancy is looking for a Canadian recruiter with 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in blue-collar and labour hiring. The role is based in Gulberg, Lahore, on-site during night shifts, Monday to Saturday, full time. The recruiter sources, screens and coordinates candidates for labour and general worker positions across Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates for general labour, warehouse, construction, cleaning, manufacturing and production jobs
• Using Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, social media and databases to find candidates
• Reviewing CVs and making initial screening calls
• Assessing candidates on experience, skills, availability, location and job requirements
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients and following up with candidates
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and updating the ATS/recruitment database
• Managing several vacancies while meeting recruitment targets and hiring deadlines

Required profile

• 1-2 years of recruitment experience; Canadian recruitment experience preferred
• Blue-collar/labour recruitment experience highly preferred
• Experience sourcing through Indeed, LinkedIn and other job boards
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies in a high-volume environment and meet targets and deadlines

• ATS or recruitment database experience is an advantage
