International Technical Recruiter - US market (Telecom/IT)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Technical Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for the US market in the telecom and IT sectors. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing high‑calibre technical professionals across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for roles such as RF Engineers, Software Developers, Cloud Architects, and Network Specialists.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates from international markets using advanced sourcing techniques and tools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to define job requirements and build strong talent pipelines.
• Manage multiple high‑volume requisitions simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Maintain candidate and client relationships to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
• Utilize ATS and CRM systems to track progress and keep accurate records.
• Stay informed on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and regional talent availability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of technical recruitment experience with a focus on international hiring.
• Prior experience in a recruitment agency or consulting firm.
• Proven success recruiting for telecom and/or IT roles.
• Strong knowledge of global hiring practices, visa processes, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
