International Technical Recruiter – US Talent

About the role

We are seeking an International Technical Recruiter to source and hire top talent for the United States market. The role requires deep knowledge of US recruitment processes, job boards, and applicant tracking systems, combined with strong communication and organizational abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for US‑based positions using job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen and qualify candidates on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future openings.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly submission targets while maintaining a healthy interview‑to‑placement ratio.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and progress notes in the ATS.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate preparation and timely communication with hiring managers.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in international recruitment, preferably focused on the US market.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with excellent time‑management abilities.
• Ability to build long‑term relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Experience using US job boards such as Monster, Dice and LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of US visa types and recruitment terminology.
