IT Manager - IT Strategy, Cybersecurity, Cloud Operations

About the role

AA Joyland Pvt Ltd is looking for an IT Head to lead and oversee the IT department at its head office in Karachi. The role covers IT strategy, cybersecurity, cloud operations and IT service management, and involves leading a team of five people while keeping the network, servers and cloud services running securely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead and manage a team of five IT professionals, supporting their collaboration and growth.
• Maintain the network infrastructure, including Cisco-managed switches, MikroTik firewalls and Grandstream access points.
• Manage IP telephony systems such as Grandstream UCM PBX and IP phones.
• Provide remote IT support to users and branch offices.
• Administer server infrastructure, including RAID storage systems, and develop data backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Manage IT projects end to end, from planning to delivery, within scope, timeline and budget.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and risk management frameworks.
• Oversee cloud strategy and operations, and maintain enterprise architecture standards and IT service management practices.

Required profile

• Minimum of five years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
