About the role
We are seeking a skilled Last Mile Operations Executive to support and optimize delivery operations for our US‑based clients. The role involves coordinating drivers, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient delivery processes.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with drivers to manage pickup and delivery schedules efficiently.
- Oversee daily operations of the delivery centre.
- Resolve delivery‑related issues, delays, and escalations promptly.
- Ensure effective route planning and load distribution.
- Manage and support the onboarding of 1099 delivery drivers as required.
- Monitor and ensure timely and efficient load management.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in US logistics or last‑mile operations.
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong problem‑solving and coordination abilities.
