Local Sales Executive – Digital Services (Islamabad/Rawalpindi)

About the role

Develop business opportunities across Islamabad and Rawalpindi by understanding client needs, presenting digital service solutions, and achieving growth targets. The role involves identifying new prospects, presenting tailored digital services, and managing the sales process from quotation to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business prospects among local companies and organizations.
• Present digital services clearly, matching solutions to customer requirements and budgets.
• Conduct client meetings, sales visits, product demonstrations, and follow‑ups within the assigned territory.
• Prepare quotations, maintain accurate sales records, and coordinate with internal teams through the conversion process.
• Build client relationships and support retention, referrals, and repeat business.
• Monitor market activity, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to improve sales approaches.
• Meet agreed activity, pipeline, revenue, and reporting targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience generating leads, prospecting and closing B2B or service‑based sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to explain digital services in clear, customer‑focused language.
• Confident handling of client meetings, sales calls, demonstrations, objections and follow‑ups.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, spreadsheets, online research and sales reporting.
• Organized pipeline management with consistent focus on targets and documentation.
• Professional, self‑motivated, resilient and able to work independently across Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
• Fluent spoken and written English; Urdu skills highly useful for local clients.
