Manager, Talent Acquisition

About the role

Zones, a global IT solutions provider, is looking for an experienced Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead its hiring function worldwide. You will design and execute recruitment strategies that align with business growth, improve time‑to‑fill, and elevate the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement hiring strategies aligned with workforce planning and business objectives.
• Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs across departments and regions.
• Lead hiring drives, job fairs, campus recruitment, and diversity hiring programs.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding, ensuring compliance with ATS processes and recruiting SLAs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, coordinating with HR Operations and Finance for smooth onboarding and budgeting.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators, monitoring performance and development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategy.
• Strong understanding of employer branding, market trends, and diversity hiring.
• Ability to work independently, make data‑driven decisions, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency
