Marketing Manager

About the role

Veevo Tech is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead product and brand marketing for its core business and sub‑brands such as ChargeX and Keptua. Based in Islamabad, you will shape go‑to‑market strategies, drive multi‑channel campaigns, and ensure the brand message resonates across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product marketing strategy for Veevo Tech and its sub‑brands, aligning with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Define and refine product positioning, messaging frameworks, and unique value propositions.
• Develop, execute, and optimise end‑to‑end go‑to‑market plans for new launches, feature rollouts, and updates.
• Plan, design, and manage integrated multi‑channel campaigns across digital, social, paid, and email channels.
• Maintain consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all communications.
• Lead performance‑marketing initiatives, analysing ROI, campaign data, user behaviour and KPIs.
• Conduct ongoing market research, competitor benchmarking and industry trend analysis.
• Translate complex product features into clear, customer‑centric marketing messages.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales and leadership teams to align marketing with roadmaps.
• Create high‑quality sales collateral such as presentations, pitch decks, product sheets and case studies.
• Lead, mentor and manage the junior marketing team, setting KPIs and reviewing outputs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product and brand marketing within a technology environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and campaign performance.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of guiding and developing junior marketers.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work cross‑functionally with product, engineering and sales.
