About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Medical Coder to join our team in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. The role involves translating patient medical records into standardized insurance‑accepted codes, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the revenue cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate patient charts, clinical documents, and medical records for completeness.
• Assign accurate ICD‑10 and CPT codes to diagnoses, procedures, and treatments according to official guidelines.
• Ensure coding practices comply with legal requirements and healthcare standards.
• Identify and report documentation gaps or discrepancies for resolution.
• Collaborate with team members and administrative staff both independently and in a dynamic environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on medical coding experience.
• Reside in Rawalpindi or Islamabad.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and coding conventions.
• Highly detail‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
