Meta Ads Expert

About the role

Carpe Diem is looking for a seasoned Meta Ads Expert to join our growing team. You will lead the creation, optimization, and scaling of Meta advertising campaigns for a diverse client base, working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns across e‑commerce, lead generation, and app install verticals.
• Implement budget optimization strategies aligned with campaign objectives.
• Set up and maintain Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) integrations.
• Analyze creative testing data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
• Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to generate conversion‑focused ad copy.
• Optimize video content for Reels, Stories, and in‑feed placements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing Meta ad campaigns.
• Proven track record in high‑performing ad creative principles (hooks, native formats, UGC).
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution models and cross‑platform tracking.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
