About the role

Message Grammar School is seeking a full‑time Middle School Teacher to deliver instruction in Islamiat, History, Science and English for students in Lahore. The successful candidate will create engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons that support both academic achievement and personal growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons for Islamiat, History, Science and English.
• Assess student performance, record grades and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain classroom discipline and foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers on curriculum development and school initiatives.
• Participate in staff meetings, school events and maintain accurate academic records.

Required profile

• Strong teaching experience at the middle‑school level.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or relevant subject areas (e.g., English, History, Science, Islamic Studies).
• Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development for the listed subjects.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with students, families and colleagues.
• Ability to manage diverse learning needs using student‑centered methods.
