Office Assistant - Pesticide Registration & Certification

About the role

Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is recruiting on behalf of the National Agri-Trade and Food Safety Authority (NAFSA), which is being set up to strengthen Pakistan's agri-trade ecosystem through better regulation, facilitation and modernisation of food safety and trade processes. The selected candidate will join NAFSA's foundational team, helping build its systems, processes and institutional capabilities. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for pesticide registration files, correspondence and record-keeping.
• Maintain registers, handle filing and scanning, and provide data entry support as required.
• Support logistics for meetings, sampling documentation and routine office administration.
• Keep regulatory files and applicant information confidential.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the reporting officer in support of NAFSA's mandate.

Required profile

• Intermediate (twelve years) education or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant office support experience.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Record-keeping skills.
