About the role

Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is recruiting on behalf of the National Agri-Trade and Food Safety Authority (NAFSA), which is being set up to strengthen Pakistan's agri-trade ecosystem through better regulation, facilitation and modernisation of food safety and trade processes. The selected candidate will join NAFSA's foundational team and help build its systems, processes and institutional capabilities.

Key responsibilities

Provide clerical support for pesticide registration files, correspondence and record-keeping
Maintain registers, handle filing and scanning, and provide data-entry support as required
Support logistics for meetings, sampling documentation and routine office administration
Maintain confidentiality of regulatory files and applicant information
Perform other responsibilities assigned by the reporting officer in support of NAFSA's mandate

Required profile

Intermediate (twelve years) education or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
At least 2 years of relevant office support experience

Required skills

Basic computer literacy
Record-keeping skills
