Operational Execution Lead – O&M

About the role

INTECH Automation & Intelligence is looking for an experienced O&M Lead to oversee its Operations and Maintenance field services. The role covers resident, rotational and on-call O&M services and aims to ensure operational excellence, effective resource management, customer satisfaction and sustainable growth across Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals and Utilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead O&M field operations and manage resource planning, mobilization, rotations, performance and workforce optimization
• Monitor operational KPIs, coordinate with HR on workforce planning, localization and succession planning, and lead continuous improvement
• Manage customer relationships, contract performance, KPIs, SLAs, renewals and commercial opportunities, and run regular customer reviews
• Identify new business, maintenance contracts, shutdown projects and managed service opportunities, support bids and proposals, and work with Sales and Engineering teams
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Sales, HR, Finance and Supply Chain, represent the company at customer meetings and project mobilizations, and promote a culture of operational excellence, safety and continuous improvement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline
• 8-12 years of professional experience, including at least 4-5 years in the Oil & Gas sector
• Strong experience in industrial O&M, maintenance management and reliability practices
• Experience managing O&M contracts, operational delivery, customer relationships and commercial performance
• Experience in bid management, contract renewals, account management and business development
• Proven ability to manage resources, lead teams, resolve conflicts and handle operational escalations

Required skills

• Understanding of PLC, SCADA and DCS working principles
• Understanding of WHCP, Christmas Tree and RTU panels
• Preferred: exposure to automation, control systems and electrical/instrumentation services
